Sea World vs. Universal Studios
So yesterday I went to Sea World...and was really disappointed. Not only did nothing changed since 8 years ago (when I last went there), but the place looked a lot older. I thought that a place like Sea World would do a better job of maintaining the place, but nope. Plus, the workers there are all in a bad mood, beginning with the parking ticket booth guy. He glared, didn't say "have a nice day," just gave the ticket and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Way to go, Sea World, for hiring silent dummies. Today I went to Universal Studios. Why? Because my parents felt like it. And they had to drag me along despite the fact that I am sick, coughing like a tuberculosis patient, and didn't get enough sleeping time since yesterday. WELL... at least at Universal, the performers there were awesome, and really friendly. No wonder there were long lines and crowds for each show/ride. I had fun in Van Helsing...the maze where tourists get themselves scared silly by people dressed in scary Van Helsing vampire costumes. There was a part where the walls were all mirrors, and I was being chased by a costumed zombie, and I made a fool of myself by running into the mirrors. Then there was a hallway with those hooded statues holding scythes, but some of them are real people, and they jump at you. Fun stuff...I recommend Universal Studios to anyone (anytime) over Sea World.... (plus there are less kids to trip over).
